Frequently asked questions.
Do you take insurance?
I can provide you with receipts (or super bills) that contain the necessary information for insurance companies to process out-of-network benefits. I am considered an out-of-network provider, which means I am not part of any insurance panels. I do not accept payments from insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid. You should contact your insurance provider to understand your out-of-network benefits and find out if you can be reimbursed for the cost of treatment. You may want to inquire about preauthorization requirements and CPT codes. Typically, I bill using CPT code 90837. Additionally, here is a great article on how to get your insurance to cover for OCD treatment.
What are your fees?
Please note that my standard fee for therapy sessions is $275 per hour. For clients requesting home or community visits, the fee remains the same at $275 per hour, with travel costs also billed at the standard rate. For further details, please refer to my practice policies and procedures.
Do you treat kids?
I am able to treat a limited number of adolescent clients.
What are your hours?
I see patients between the hours of 11 and 2 Monday-Friday.
How long do you expect treatment to last?
The duration of treatment varies based on multiple factors. Typically, clients attend 15-20 sessions.
